1A Rehvid OÜ, registry code 14375471 (hereinafter referred to as the Merchant) and the consumer who is placing an order in 1apadangos.lt online store and identifies himself/herself by entering personal data in the order form, have entered into the present contract for using the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Terms of Use).

1. ONLINE STORE
1.1. The sale of goods is carried out by 1A Rehvid OÜ. All payments are made in favor of the Merchant. Value Added Tax (VAT) is paid in accordance with EU regulations.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 Parties to the Contract shall proceed from the applicable laws and the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use.
2.2 The Merchant has the right to make changes in the services provided by the online store at any time.
2.3 The Merchant has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use without the obligation to inform the consumer in advance.

3. PRODUCTS AND MAKING A PURCHASE
The consumer may choose products at 1apadangos.lt and add them to the cart. Images on the website may be illustrative or real.
3.1 Tyres are sold in sets of 4, 3, 2, or 1. Individual tyres cannot be purchased from sets of 4 or 2 unless specified otherwise.
3.2 Before purchase, the consumer must check the accuracy of the submitted data, product condition, quantity, and dimensions. Then the consumer must agree to the terms and press the "BUY" button.
3.3 Payment can be made in full or as an advance payment. The invoice is automatically sent to the consumer's e-mail.
3.4 Payment is made via internet bank or bank transfer. After payment, the consumer must click the "Back to merchant" link.
3.5 The Contract is considered concluded once the payment reaches the bank account of 1A Rehvid OÜ.
3.6 Unpaid orders are cancelled after 3 working days.
3.7 If the buyer does not request compatibility verification before purchase, the Merchant is not responsible for mismatches. Verification requested after purchase is subject to a €50 fee.
3.8 When purchasing non-homologated staggered tyres for all-wheel-drive vehicles, the Merchant does not guarantee correct drivetrain operation. The buyer bears all responsibility for such use.

4. PRICES
4.1 All prices are in euros and include VAT.
4.2 Prices do not include transportation. Shipping costs depend on the order volume and the selected method (Smartpost or Cargobus). The final cost is visible during checkout.
4.3 The Merchant has the right to change prices. If the price changes after payment, the goods are delivered at the order price or a refund is offered.
4.4 The discount for Jil Wheels and Replika applies only when purchasing a full set of 4 wheels.

5. DELIVERY TERMS
5.1 Goods are delivered to the indicated address within 2-3 working days after payment via Smartpost or Cargobus services.
5.2 If payment is received on a weekend or after 12:00 PM on a working day, fulfillment begins on the next working day.
5.3 The consumer must provide accurate delivery data. The Merchant and couriers are not liable for delays caused by inaccurate information.
5.4 During peak seasons (March–May, September–November), delivery may be extended to 3-4 working days.

6. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
6.1 The consumer has the right to return goods purchased at 1apadangos.lt within 14 days without giving a reason (EU distance selling rules).
6.2 Return requests must be sent to: info@1apadangos.lt. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the notification.
6.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
6.4 Returned goods must not be used (driving on tyres is prohibited), installed on rims, or damaged. The Merchant reserves the right to reduce the refund if the product value has decreased.
6.5 In case of refusal of already delivered goods without Merchant's fault, the buyer agrees to pay €200 for return logistics and processing.

7. LIABILITY AND COMPLAINTS
7.1 The Merchant is not liable for indirect damages, courier delays, or damage occurring after the goods are handed over to the carrier.
7.2 Written complaints are considered within 15 calendar days. The period for submitting claims for hidden defects is 2 years.
7.3 For quality claims, only expert reviews conducted by the Merchant, the manufacturer, or accredited organizations approved by the Merchant are accepted.
7.4 Warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse (incorrect pressure, overload, mechanical damage during driving).
7.5 If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product is replaced. If replacement is impossible, a refund is issued.

8. PERSONAL DATA
8.1 Personal data is used exclusively for order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
8.2 Information is handled confidentially and shared with third parties (couriers) only as necessary for the service.
8.3 All inquiries are accepted only via e-mail to maintain communication history. Information provided by phone is for reference only and is not legally binding.

9. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
9.1 "Like-new" status means the tread depth differs from new tyres by up to 1 mm. Cosmetic or storage marks may be present.
9.2 A tyre is considered new if it was manufactured within the last 5 years (with proper storage).
9.3 For tyres with a DOT (production year) between 2020 and 2025, age-related claims are not accepted. We do not guarantee a matching DOT for all tyres in one order.
9.4 Polished wheels are not recommended for winter use due to road salts and reagents. The paintwork warranty does not apply in such cases.
